Our team empowers the success of our TMP (Tech, Marketing and Product) employee & future Ohana through the content and programs we deliver. We ensure the success and engagement of our TMP Ohana by designing and delivering learning, innovation and culture programs that scale with the growth of TMP, our locations, and our acquisitions. As a Project Manager, you will report to the Manager of Onboarding on our Learning team under the TMP Innovation and Learning (TPIL) organization.
You will have the opportunity to support program logistics, scheduling and coordination for our flagship onboarding program, TMP Onboarding Week 1 & 2. This two week program is delivered back to back in San Francisco, as well as sessions being delivered in Seattle, Boston, and India. Your responsibilities will include managing all enrollment, communication and logistic support across all locations. You will become the expert in our back-end enrollment system on our internal Marketing Cloud platform. Half of your time will be in the classroom with new hires facilitating small activities and being the MC for our onboarding presenters.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all coordination activities for our TMP Onboarding Week 1 & 2 are completed and well-managed – including ordering all food, logging tickets with IT and facilities (and ensuring completion), and monitor overall success of coordination activities
- Manage day of logistics for each training; prepare daily materials, room setup, manage catering deliveries
- Send calendar invites, reminders, pre-program work, manager notifications, post-event communication with the use of our internal tools such as Marketing Cloud.
- Creating checklists for training rooms, keeping an inventory of materials and organization of storage room
- Maintain internal team site with all relevant course information, schedules, videos, and overall content
- Manage the end-to-end operations internal Salesforce systems including generating reports
- Strong facilitation skills for activities in TMP Onboarding Week 1 to ensure new hires understand TMP, Salesforce culture, products and more
- Contribute to process initiation, improvements and optimization for operations functions
- Meet with presenters and/or facilitators for course & learning events as the POC for all needs with scheduling, keeping content updated and more
- Proactively look for opportunities to meet internal customer and all stakeholder needs
- Develop strong partnerships within the TPIL Team, across Technology Marketing Products, the corporate training group and human resources to optimize training functions, and to leverage best practices
- Actively work with our engineer community to decipher new hire needs and recruit Subject Matter Experts to join our team of internal instructors and content developers
Required Skills/Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Thrives working in a high-tech company
- Doesnât need a ton of supervision – self-starter and problem solver
- Enjoys presenting to and facilitating large groups
- Strong working knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars (and not afraid of getting hands dirty learning new tools)
- Incredible self-motivation and ability to organize work and juggle many small details.
- Proactively communicates with team and stakeholders, ensuring that all work is well-managed without supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience carrying an operations workload, juggling multiple competing business priorities, and working under tight deadlines
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration
- Work well in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com application
- Project/Program Management Experience
- Basic accounting – generating metrics reports, purchase orders, statements of work
- Some facilitation in group settings
