Project Manager, Marketing

Predictive Strategies is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Project Manager.

As a project manager you will monitor and report on the day-to-day activities that are needed to complete monthly outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning task due dates as well as gathering daily updates from team members to ensure that projects stay on task. In addition to project management duties, this person will also be supporting marketing functions and special projects.

Strong time management and proper follow up for meeting stringent deadlines is an integral part of this role.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of campaign tasks and notify management to adjustments as needed.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
• Develop monthly marketing reports for digital campaigns including website, AdWords, email & social.
• Collaborate with internal team to provide ongoing analysis of campaign results and act on insights
• Assist in campaign planning as well as monitoring and communication of changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Keep team on track to ensure launch dates are achieved
• Coordinate internal resources and third- party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Assist with special projects including text campaigns, sweepstakes and opt-out programs.

Job Requirements:

路 Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

路 2+ years marketing experience

路 Project Management experience preferred.

路 Detail-oriented, organized
