We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Estimator.

Experience / Requirements:

• Experience with commercial / industrial and institutional construction projects
• Estimating and project management experience – 5 years minimum
• Pre-engineered building experience
• Conceptual, plan, and spec. estimating experience
• Computer proficiency
  • BlueBeam, Microsoft Office, onscreen takeoff, cloud-based project management and estimating software skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• All employees are part of the sales team and must develop and maintain relationships
