National General Contractor specializing in building retail stores across the United States.
Project Manager responsibilities: Awarding subcontracts, ordering materials, tracking job progress, and maintaining schedules. Coordinate and interface with Client and on-site Superintendent. Manage Subcontractors.
Project Manager: Reports directly to the Director of Construction. Will require some travel out of state. Full time position. Full time benefits include 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO.
Requirements:
Relevant construction experience. Retail construction a plus. Self starter who can drive multiple projects from start to finish.
Must be computer literate, be able to type professional emails, and ability to clearly communicate over the phone.
Ability to read and comprehend construction plans. Negotiation skills.
