US Energy Recovery is seeking an individual passionate about making a difference in our environment and economy by reducing energy consumption at corporations throughout North America. The purpose of this position is to manage various energy efficiency projects from facility audits to completion of installations while controlling spending within budget. This person will be in a âHands onâ role in which they are involved across the project life-cycle. After in house training, this will include visiting project sites, deciding best product, contractor coordination, customer interaction and overall responsibility of each project before and after sales process by others.
Major Responsibilities
- Travel and manage projects throughout the United States
- Responsible for end to end project delivery
- Performs a key role in project planning & budgeting
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including customer representative, materials suppliers, contractors, and team members.
- Periodic inspection of project sites
- Provide technical support for sales and contractors
- Other duties assigned as needed
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Experience in electrical project management a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent trade school certificate
- Degree or Certificate of Completion in related fields a plus
Travel
- Work out of our Phoenix, AZ office
- Extensive travel from the Phoenix area throughout the country to national project locations, often with overnight stays, approximately but not limited to 50% of the time.
- Must be 25 years or older and have a clean driving history.
Skills
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, strong mechanical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communications skills, highly organized, able to work independently as well with a team, and time management skills
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and load/unload material, equipment in job situations.
- Proficient with general administrative and computer program skills.
