TeraPore Technologies is a venture-backed startup developing cutting edge nanoseparations materials for the biopharmaceutical market and beyond. Our high-powered team is comprised of PhD scientists, separation experts, and biopharma industry veterans, all passionate about enabling the next generation of separations. TeraPore is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to make an impact in bringing TeraPoreâs technology to the market. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the primary responsibilities of the Project Manager role include building project management systems, and instituting and maintaining PM tools across the organization. The Project Manager will integrate the systems across all facets of the organization, and work independently and in partnership with Project leaders when appropriate to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects across R&D, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, S&M, quality, and facilities functions.
Responsibilities:
– Develop project plans in accordance with specific strategy and objectives
– Track and manage project progress
– Ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones and deliverables
– Report on progress and status regularly
– Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
– Coordinate across multiple groups
– Lead and support teams through project planning phases including scoping, resourcing, and spending
– Define roles and responsibilities for each project team member
– Facilitate alignment and communication across project sponsors and stakeholders
– Facilitate and coordinate team meetings and schedules, including agendas, meeting minutes, and action items
– Identify and proactively resolve issues and challenges before they impact project deliverables
– Reports to CEO
Experience:
– Must be able to support multiple project teams simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
– Experience with Project Management tools required
– Track record of developing and implementing PM systems (tools/software)
– Must be comfortable interfacing with multiple functions across the company
– Must be flexible and capable of rapidly pivoting between projects and scopes
– Must possess excellent interpersonal, organization, and written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year
