Job Summary:
Our Professional Services Department is looking for a hardworking, innovative and goal driven Project Manager to contribute to the continued success of our company. This position will be a member of our Professional Services team, and is the primary implementation management resource in an exciting, customer interfacing role that is responsible for managing client engagements, internal project team performance, including functional and operational aspects of the project including scope, budget and timeline. Excellent communication, along with problem solving and organizational skills are crucial to the success of this position.
The preferred location of this position is working out of our Henderson, NV office, but highly qualified remote candidates within the US will also be considered. No relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively utilizes resources and adheres to schedule dates to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
- Ensures the quality of project output through coordination of internal and external resources.
- Provides guidance and assigns or establishes authority for all project activities.
- Professionally and accurately completes detailed project plans and provides timelines with project milestones.
- Facilitates communication and takes specific actions necessary to meet corporate and client objectives.
- Interfaces with clients, Alogent and/or vendors to negotiate coordination issues, intervals and/or deliverables for successful implementation of a project.
- Provides status reporting based on communication plans and as defined by the project.
- Tracks and communicates the project metrics to other organizations within Alogent as required.
- Supports Executive Management and the Sales team in their client management and sales efforts.
- Recognizes and communicates internally, the potential for additional products and/or services sales to existing clients.
- Ensues adherence to policies and procedures, business processes, and workflows.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience managing the implementation of software solutions for financial institutions.
- Ability to manage multiple software implementation projects at the same time.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills required.
- Extensive knowledge of project planning tools and techniques including resource allocation, time management, and cost/benefit analysis.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Is a team player as exhibited by working relationship with team members as well as others throughout the company.
- Ability to communicate with others of varying levels in a clear and professional manner.
- Knowledge and use of MS Project and/or PSA system for managing implementations.
- Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite for managing implementations.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing the implementation of software solutions such as enterprise content management systems, retail banking teller systems, remote deposit capture, back office check clearing systems or similar check processing solutions.
- Experience working at a product based software company.
- Ability to work with international clients.
- Knowledge of the sales management function.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with the proven full software development life-cycle experience via waterfall or agile.
- Ability to conduct presentations.
- Prior use and knowledge of Salesforce.
- Prior use and knowledge of a Professional Services Automation (PSA) application.
- PMI Certification.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require you to work on weekends, or occasionally be on call after hours.
- Domestic and International travel is required up to 25% of the time.
