Job Description: We have an immediate need for a talented and well-versed project manager who is looking for a career path position. The job includes being primary point of contact with clients for specific projects, directing team members and consultants. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to successfully direct all project efforts.

Requirements Include:

  • Illinois License.
  • Architectural degree from accredited U.S. University
  • 10-15 years’ experience. Educational project experience a plus.
  • Must be able to work with multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to prepare proposals, establish budgets, project fee, manpower requirements.
  • Must be able to establish project goals and guide team to hit targets for client program, budgets, deadlines and with maximum client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the most cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
