+ Assemble and manage project team from project execution to completion for a multiple tenant improvement projects.
+ Leads weekly projects meetings and special meetings including recording minutes and action items.
+ Ability to oversee multiple projects at any time with a high level of accuracy, with an understanding of master schedule, risk and budget management of the program.
+ Manage project budgets and assembles payment applications, landlord disbursements, and project closeout
+ Manage both primary client (executive level) and local client (end-user employees) expectations, and balance the needs of the company and clients to ensure satisfaction for both.
+ Support lease transactions by reviewing tenant improvement lease terms and landlord work letters.
+ Works with stakeholders (internal/external clients/landlords) to negotiate and resolve conflicts and disputes.
+ Oversee vendor procurement and competitively bid all vendors as required or necessary
+ Ensure change management program is implemented throughout project phase.
+ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
+ Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
+ Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project
+ Previous tenant improvement experience
+ Change management experience in an agile environment (a plus, but not required)
