- Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and/or evaluate programs involving Quality Assurance.
- Perform difficult work in the preparation of planning documents required for QA inspections.
- Prepare evaluation reports, perform analyses and review program plans, funding, and performance.
- Make recommendations on policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide authoritative interpretation of complex problems.
- Provide technical assistance and training to subordinate staff in techniques of program implementation and management.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment on QA findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the staff of other departments.
- Assist with other duties related to the work of the unit as needed.

Minimum Qual Requirements
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to “1” or “2” above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in “1” above.

Preferred Skills
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in Quality Assurance or Compliance;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new computer programs;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing assignments;
- Professionalism, strong work ethic, sound judgement, and attention to detail;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse groups of people.
