Project Manager

Fusion180, a full-service marketing agency located in the greater New York City area, is looking for an enthusiastic project/account manager to join our growing company. This person will be responsible for managing client relationships and internal projects across five key service areas – marketing, analytics, creative, production, and development.

The project/account manager will be responsible for:

• Client communication (i.e. gathering project specs, assets, deadlines, etc.)
• Managing project execution with internal team members
• Coordinating and scheduling calls and in-person meetings
• Attending internal, client, and vendor meetings as needed (calls and in-person)
• Assisting with the billing process
• Assisting with additional executional items as needed

The ideal candidate will:

• Be very organized
• Perform their duties by recalling verbal instructions and without the need for written directions
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
• Be able to prioritize/reprioritize projects throughout the day
• Have an eagerness to learn new skills
• Have the ability to work effectively from home, as this will be a remote position
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• A plus: Have knowledge of marketing agency processes, specifically related to digital
• A plus: Have technical knowledge related to marketing, analytics, and/or development
• A plus: Have experience with project management software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
