*** Our team is looking to hire a Program Director to join our team in Bedford, MA. Must have at least Bachelor’s degree in related field, mental health/developmental disability, and counseling/casemanagement experience.***
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9a-5p
Location: Bedford, MA
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Group Living Environment for Persons with serious mental illness.
- Ensure services are recovery-oriented and inclusive of families and significant others.
- Ensures the coordination, delivery, and documentation of evidenced-based and trauma-informed clinical interventions with clinical supervision.
- Ensures adherence to all Center/ACCS policies and procedures and compliance with all state and local licensing/certification requirements and regulations.
- Supervises the Recovery Counselors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- ABA/Clinical experience (CBT/DBT/Motivational Interviewing)
- Counseling/Case Management experience
- Experience supporting persons with developmental disability, serious mental illness and substance use disorders
- Experience overseeing day-to-day operations of a group living environment
- Supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
