Full Job Description

Seeking office manager and personal assistant for president of Construction Company, individual needs to be a strong and self-sufficient candidate with drive and responsibility to manage day-to-day activities.

Position is full time to start as soon as possible, probation is 90 days. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Office supplies maintenance, answer calls and customer / employee relations. Maintain office files and documents on computer, management of ongoing projects in the field and in office.

Link office with field, Order materials and pulling of permits.

Scheduling of appointments (business and personal)

Requirements

Previous construction work a PLUS but not necessary.

Knowledge of MS Office, some QuickBooks, proficient in English (Spanish a plus but not a must).

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.

High School degree.

Detail oriented a MUST!

Hours

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

3-month probation

Job salary $16.-/hr, increase after probation period.
