Living Arts College is pioneering a new school direction in higher education practices for the emerging world of Augmented Reality. We are creating unique course-ware to serve advanced study in the digital arts. We need an office manager/bookkeeper savvy individual to improve our administrative oversight.
Duties include limited use of Sage 50 (we’ll train) software and bank bill pay for handling AR/AP. Since we are a smaller college, our transaction numbers are relatively small. Student accounting is handled separately by Bursar Office software. We need your added skills for purchasing oversight and general system review against an audit like checklist. There’s also a need for collections and monitoring AR aging.
