I. Who we are

Le Five is the European leader in Indoor Soccer Facilities with 40+ facilities. We recently opened our first facility in West Sacramento (May 2019) and are in the process to open our second facility in Rancho Cordova (April 2020).

Le Five is expanding to North America with an ambitious goal:

Opening 500 facilities in 10 years through a Franchise Strategy

Our mission is to bring soccer to everybody by delivering the best experience and an experience that goes beyond soccer.

We are opening our first two facilities in the Sacramento Area early 2019.

II. What we are looking for

In order to prepare us for this long journey, we are looking for:

Marketing and Community Manager

Full Time Position

Your main task will be to handle Le Five’s Marketing: planning and execution from Traditional Marketing to Digital Marketing to Graphic Marketing.

You will build the foundation for a future Nation and North-American brand and franchise.

In addition to Marketing, you will be in charge of testing our IT system. Your task will be to identify bugs or potential improvements across the different elements of our IT system: Back Office, Website, Mobile Application, POS System, Payment System, etc…

No technical IT skills are required, just pragmatism!

What to expect

We work in a very fun and purposeful environment: Sports and Recreation which makes the tasks and challenges enjoyable.
At the same time, we work very hard because the journey we boarded on is long and perilous but so exciting! We are definitively going to have long days!

Also, our activity happens evenings and weekend. If you want to know our customers and understand their needs, you will have to commit some evenings and weekends to be close to them!

Tasks

Marketing

· Managing Traditional and Digital Marketing Campaigns

· Community Management

o Engaging the community on social medias

o Understand and engage in new platforms (Ex: TikTok)

· Website Content Management

o Copywriting

o Daily management: News, Events, …

· SEO & SEM

o Google Adwords

o Social Media Ads

· Public Relations Management

· Managing our Graphic Strategy with our local Graphic Designer

Information Technology (IT)

· Testing our IT system (Back Office, Website and Mobile App)

· Reporting improvements and bugs with our development partners in France

· Innovation

No technical IT skills are required.

Technical Skills

Experience is not necessarily required. Technical skills and experience can always be learned, Human skills can’t J

· Understanding of Traditional Marketing

· Understanding of Digital Marketing

· Understanding of Public Relations

Preferred:

· Basics: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

· Basics: Video Editing Software

· Spanish Fluent

Human Skills

· Just be you!

· Adaptable: Will be required to handle other tasks (for example, assisting for an evening or two at the facility)

· Be a Sports Lover

· Love to bring value to the Community
