About the Job:

The client is seeking one skilled Project Manager 2 who meets the qualifications identified below to assist with the pharmacy benefit solution project.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8 years of Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

• 8 years of Schedule and manage work sessions between VDP subject matter experts (SMEs) and vendor analysts and will assist PM and senior analysts in creating and maintaining project artifacts in Word, Excel, and Visio.

• 8 years of Demonstrate experience in project development and be fluent in Software Development Life Cycle concepts, deliverables, and terminology.

• 8 years of Assist team business analysts and projects managers in the day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables assigned to the VDP project team members throughout the project lifecycle.

• 8 years of Confirm the project tasks assigned to VDP team members are completed on time and will report the status of VDP’s project schedule(s) and deliverables to senior analysts and program managers for input to the overall project work breakdown structure and overall project status.

• 8 years of Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and may assist in moderating analysis and functional design work session with vendor analysts and VDP SMEs.

• 8 years of Facilitate the maintenance and storage of project artifacts assigned to VDP in designated project repositories and will be responsible for ensuring that filed artifacts adhere to project naming conventions and standardized formats and content.

• 8 years of Skilled in managing risks and issues and reporting on these items in a timely fashion to mitigate as necessary.

Preferences:

• 2 Years of Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.
• 1 Years of Experience with Health and Human services
