    The Installation Service Manager is responsible for daily flooring installation for residential and commercial customers. Will interact with installers, customers, general contractors, and provide oversight when needed.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Review install details for each job with the appropriate installer before installation begin
    • Collect COC’s from previous day installs
    • Communicate installers’ next day assignments
    • Coach installers on customer feedback received on their projects
    • Turn in the previous day’s details
    • Visits job sites to check on the quality of installations
    • Resolve install issues;
    • Approve and process Chargebacks
    • Management of installers, including hiring, regular supervision, and termination

    Qualifications and Skills

    Requirements:

    • Flooring installation experience (preferably at a lead installer or higher level)
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Good computer skills
    • Ability to resolve issues timely and with good judgment
