JD Audio and Video Design, Inc. is the leading AV Integrator/Smart Home Automation Firm in the Tri-State area. Established in 1969, JD Audio & Video Design specializes in high-end custom residential and commercial AV and Control Integration systems. This position is based in Fort Lee, New Jersey and will report directly to CEO/Owner.
Must have actual solid experience supporting CEO level in a sales based organization with a minimum requirement of 5 years. Very strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface and effectively with all levels. We are looking to hire an individual immediately who can provide full time dedication while enhancing our CEO’s effectiveness by providing super organizational support, information management support; representing the executive to others.
The ability to interface between clients and our staff is a key part of the job. Must be motivated and have drive everyday, while striving for thoroughness and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
*Organizational Ability, Communication Skills, Technology Skills, Written Expression, Time Management, Office Coordination, Administrative Services, Problem-Solving Skills and Planning
*Produce information by writing on behalf of the CEO, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
*Daily Management and the conservation/organization of executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing emailed and texts correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
*Maintain CEO’s Outlook Calendar, Task List and Daily Call List with constant updates, in addition to managing appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences. Coordinate all external meetings with his driver, prepare directions by loading to CEO’s phone and/or hardcopy
*Help to put together sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
*Monitor all of the CEOâs sales milestones and internal sales related deadlines
*Handle requests from existing clients for contract changes and track them through implementation with the CEO and Engineering teams.
*Manage minor personal tasks, lunch and other duties that can be assigned
*Requirements: * College degree Preferred in Communications * Audio /Video or Construction background preferred * Real world work experience, interfacing with clients and staff
