Experienced drywall estimator and project manager responsibilities
- Sales and client relationship
- Generating labor and material estimates and presenting proposals to
- Sales budgeting and tracking.
- Reviewing contract scope and general requirements of proposals accepted by clients
- Generate labor and material budgets for accepted proposals
- Communicate with clients on construction schedule and project timing
- Procure and schedule pick-up and delivery of materials
- Communicate with company field personnel with regard to projected schedules and labor budgeting
- Generate necessary AIA documents creating schedules of value for contract purposes and monthly payment application
- Assisting management in collections of receivables when necessary
- A positive team attitude and general willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
