Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service for all Infusion services.
- Responsible for overall operation profitability.
- Monitors financial reports, recommends and implements necessary changes to meet and exceed budget expectations.
- Participates in decisions regarding pharmaceutical care services and ethical issues.
- Leads pharmacist and technician recruitment, orientation, education, proficiency evaluations for each employee to obtain knowledge, skills and current competence as appropriate to the pharmaceutical services provided and to increase qualifications and to update current competencies/proficiencies and/or scope of service changes.
- Provides direction and support to staff to deliver quality services with a focus on organizational success.
Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist in Kentucky.
- Three years of supervisory experience required.
- Three years of home infusion experience preferred with a solid understanding of operations and regulatory requirements required.
- Experience with cost and inventory management.
