Director of Nutrition Services demonstrates great customer service by mentoring Villa’s three core principles of Exceptional Care, Passionate Service and Unexpected Luxury in all of hisher job duties and responsibilities. Follows the residentpatient care plan for nutritional meals according to the physician orders.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Provides guidance and support to the dietary department. Supervises the dietary personnel ensuring that Villa’s policy and procedures are being followed in providing nutritional meals to patientsesidents.

Other Duties: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive, and the employee will perform other related duties as assigned. This organization reserves the right to revise the essential position functions as the need arises. Utilize supplies efficiently and use equipment in a safe manner. May have to work weekends and holidays.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.


Experience:
Experience in industrial food production preferred. Prior experience working in a long-term care facility a plus.
