The Center for Outpatient Surgery is looking to hire a DON (RN) with management experience in a licensed surgical facility.
Opportunity to work with top, recognized, and leading, expert surgeons who have significant success in the area or specialty surgical procedures.The working environment and atmosphere in this center is very people oriented. Looking for this RN Manager to continue with the leadership style that supports a calm, collaborative and positive working relationship among the staff. Experienced RN’s who have supervised in a surgery center and managed staff and have proven success with staff motivation and retention are encouraged to apply. Mandatory background for hire is supervisory experience in a licensed surgical environment.
Interested RN’s with this background must have a proven track record in leading and managing clinicians and have a history of excellent decision making skills.
No overnight expectations and very warm and receptive clinical team and physicians.
