Exceptional candidates with the education, demonstrable experience and vision have the opportunity to lead the Behavioral Health Services department as its Director in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The Director, Behavioral Health Services is a member of the leadership team and Regional Behavioral Services Network. In this role, you serve with the Dept. of Psychiatry Chair and are responsible for providing vision and leadership, influencing and directing the strategic development and outcomes management of the behavioral health service line. This individual has the opportunity develop tactical plans incorporating business requirements, market place trends and technological solutions for Inpatient Psych, Adult Partial Hospitalization, Chem Dep and Outpatient Behavioral Services.

Experienced Nurse Managers (five or more years) with a BSN from an accredited school of nursing, licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing or clinically relevant degree are encouraged to apply.
