We are looking for a passionate and creative communicator to grow our membership base of highly satisfied business organization members, manage our marketing and sales efforts and help promote the BIPAC mission and brand. The role includes effectively producing content, managing strategic marketing efforts, overseeing the promotion of membership, field operations, and the Action Fund while managing the sales lifecycle from generating leads to closing business. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. ROLE
Implement day-to-day execution of a strategic marketing and communications plan to target potential member prospects and existing members. Create and implement a sales strategy to target and identify potential member prospects and execute growth strategies for member recruitment and sales goals. Develop consistent messaging to effectively communicate products, services, and programs. Prepare membership sales pitches for prospective clients and monitor sales performance metrics. Manage branding guidelines, marketing materials, email communications, and presentations. Manage BIPAC.org website, Action Fund website, and other associated organization websites. Develop marketing initiatives to promote field operations, the Action Fund, and other organization programs. Create and manage campaigns for all initiatives through email and social media platforms, and effectively monitor progress and report on metrics. Monitor and update all BIPAC-related social media accounts. Write content for and manage print marketing materials. Draft press releases, website copy, and other communications as needed. Research and identify new opportunities to market organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in membership, communications or marketing preferably in an association setting. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize against deadlines. Ability to develop and manage a strategic marketing plan and pipeline, segment market, and target new business in addition to promoting organization programs. Proficiency in email marketing and social media/digital marketing platforms for managing campaigns and reporting analytics. Creative thinker willing to develop opportunities to promote company brand for sales conversion. Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels. Organized, entrepreneurial self-starter who can work independently as well as interact well in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Interest in government affairs and political advocacy desired. Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent.
