The Lifion by ADP program is looking for a dynamic, motivated, client-focused, and experienced individual to help drive our first client engagements. Reporting to the Operations and Growth Lead, this person will lead the implementation process, (both technically and strategically) assist in the initial client screening process, and ensure clients are successfully onboarded. The candidate will also be responsible for the tactical and operational support of the client engagement ensuring that all needs of the client are met.
The candidate will have the ability to influence and rewrite our implementations and support functions, so having a self-starter attitude is key. This person will combine a deep & hands-on understanding of ADP, our implementation and support services, and will assist in our implementation and support processes.
Responsibilities
- Bring ADP next generation HCM solution to the first set of clients
- Help support pilot-related process, create detailed assessments of clients’ current solutions and needs & translate it to the Lifion by ADP solution, map the gaps, and help decide which candidate is best for pilot
- Work with product team to help identify implementation tools that will allow the process to be effective.
- Develop the Lifion by ADP implementation plan, and follow through the implementation process through completion of a successful launch, while engaging with key stakeholders to ensure we meet our timelines
- Project management of the day-to-day operational and tactical activities, map out issues, prioritize and work to resolve them
- Create and maintain product and operational related issues log, reporting on status as required by program structure and provide feedback in a format that this role creates and structures
- Be the client expert, understand their HR business functions and processes, communicate their needs to product teams
- Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed for future implementations
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of related experience
- Experience working with close technology partner relationships (Product, Software Development)
- Previous experience, managing client life cycle, from implementation to rollout and customer success management
- Extensive knowledge of SaaS implementation processes (data conversions, configurations)
- Experienced working in a dynamic environment, with start up mentality and enjoys defining the rules from the beginning
- Project management skills and mindset with ability to prioritize tasks and reduce risks
- Have a strong desire to re-define what’s done today
- Strong communication skills
- There will be 50% travel for the first 6 months and then 25% – 30% travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Command a solid understanding of the current ADP implementation process for Workforce Now HR and Payroll
- 5 plus years experience in HCM products
- Articulate the pain points for implementation teams and customers
- Continuously identify areas to improve the process and diligently strive to resolve them
- Have a strong desire to re-define what’s currently done
- 5 plus years of ADP Implementation Experience of WorkForce Now implementations (100 EE+)
