ASA is currently seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for designing and implementing cross-channel campaigns in support of a new digital, mobile-focused product launch. This person should have extensive strategic marketing planning experience and a deep knowledge of best practices in social media and digital communications.
Youâll be responsible for:
- Developing effective and innovative engagement strategies and media recommendations across a robust mix of digital channels, including but not limited to social, search, email, and SMS.
- Planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns in self-serve platforms to build and monitor digital buys in display, social, programmatic, and video.
- Partnering with social and creative teams to drive performance of digital creative through ongoing optimization of strategic approaches and creative executions.
- Making strategic recommendations for how to best leverage emerging platforms, advertising formats, and platform capabilities.
- Developing analytics framework for tracking and reporting on program efficacy and organizational outcomes measurement.
- Managing the paid media budget and spend, continually monitoring and optimizing based on campaign performance.
Experience:
You have:
- 7+ years relevant professional experience in paid media strategy, planning, buying and execution. Agency experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of various digital platforms and their ad formats, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Google.
- A knack for knowing what digital channels and content resonates with Gen Z and passion for cultural trends.
- The ability to analyze campaign performance across multiple platforms, identifying trends and optimizing based on learnings.
