Overview
Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees multiple projects simultaneously, working directly with project requestors and the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.
- Creates, supports, and communicates detailed end-to-end project plans and schedules.
- Develops and manages project scope of work by setting effective expectations, managing changes, escalating issues and proactively seeking resolutions.
- Communicates project dependencies, issues, and action items to keep timelines running efficiently.
- Thinks critically, balances multiple tasks, and can articulate trade-offs for competing priorities.
- Collaborates with managers to expertly align key team members and resources to consolidate work steams and drive efficiency.
- Advise and coach team members on standard project processes, standards, and policies.
- Analyzes project success and challenges upon project completion and provides formal written project evaluation.
- Ensures quality control and traffics final deliverables.
- Exhibits effective leadership through communication and relationship management.
- Serves as a liaison between creative services and other departments to ensure smooth work flow and project communication.
- Establishes trust by establishing credibility, solving problems, and achieving objectives.
- Facilitates key meetings, owns agenda creation and distributes meeting notes, feedback, and follow ups.
- Facilitates clear and consistent communication.
- Develops the creative brief by working with internal and external parties to determine project scope and deliverables.
- Ensures project alignment to scope and marketing strategy prior to starting creative work.
- Ensures that team members understand their responsibilities and expectations allowing the team members to be focused, connected, and clear on deliverables.
- Promotes positive team chemistry.
- Recommends administrative processes, standardizations, and best practices.
- Develops and implements process to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilizes reporting and analytics to use data to make recommendations.
- Trains applicable team members in the current project management software providing them with the tools they need to use the program successfully.
- Processes final approved invoices for payment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or project management.
Requires 4+ years of project management experience or resource leadership working with creative and marketing teams.
Preferred retail and/or agency experience.
Project management methodologies and tools.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike, MS Project, Jira, Workfront and/or similar project software applications.
Familiarity with creative processes.
Technical knowledge in print production and design terminology.

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
