Construction Project Manager

It is a gas station with the mechanic shop

First thing to get rid of the mechanic shop converted to a C store

remodel the whole building outside and inside complete remodeling without touching the structure to a vanilla box I’m looking for someone to manage a project and work with the city to pull the permits out and to find construction workers to complete the job
