- Work hours: 8:30AM – 4:30PM, Monday – Friday with a 1 hour lunch period

This is administrative and supervisory work assisting in the management of a property or properties of housing authority.
Prepares all new leases for new tenant admissions and conducts leasing conference. Collection, posting, depositing and reporting all rents, security deposits and all other monies due the BCHA. Prepare all annual re-certification papers of tenants and conducts all re-certification interviews on a monthly schedule. Notify tenant of annual unit inspection. Keeping accurate up to date records of accounts, deliquencies, tenant admissions and withdrawals. Prepare and maintain all required third party verification forms and any other forms required by HUD for the project. Prepare all appointment letters. Assist project manager with annual unit inspections in the absence of the project manager. Communicate with the project manager to discuss tenant problems and needs, tenant activities, maintenance, etc. Process all annual and interim rent changes once third party verifications are received and notify tenant of rent change in a timely manner according to the HUD regulations.
Qualifications:

- Minimum Experience and Training Requirements – Two years of experience in performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family housing developments, or properties owned or administered by public housing agencies; OR two years of comparable business, industrial, or professional employment; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training; OR One (1) year as a Management Aide.
