Salary: $14.00 to $25.00 per hour

STEM Child Care in Castle Rock, CO is currently looking for a motivated individual to become our Assistant Director of the facility. In this position, you will learn about payroll, management, program/curriculum writing, child and staff portfolios plus much more.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field that includes 18 semester hours of courses directly related to young children

– Graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field that includes 18 semester hours of courses directly related to young children

– Have a combination of 10 years of experience in ECE with some ECE education

– Have the ability to take ECE courses while working full-time at SCC
