We are currently looking for a talented Archtics Project Manager, to be located in New York City, or Denver, Colorado.

Our gamified, on brand, social checkout flow is integrated with the major live event ticketing systems, and our platform has enabled 100’s of sports teams and festival promoters to sell millions of tickets. We are continuing to expand across the live event industry, and launching additional travel and eCommerce offerings.

We are investing heavily in our product management team and are looking for self-starting, motivated individuals to own major product initiatives from conception through implementation. Work with highly recognized sports teams and festival promoters to understand their needs, develop the requirements, and deliver product-based solutions. Be the nexus between the business and technical sides of the company, and take pride in successfully driving change in the exciting live event industry.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize your product. Own it from ideation to implementation.
  • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into user stories and detailed requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are fully understood, implementation plans match expectations, and resolve complications to get product out the door.
  • Partner with internal teams, including business development, design, engineering, quality assurance and operations.
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
  • Work with the client solutions / support and marketing teams to help them develop product documentation, and enable client activation and training.
  • Set and achieve measurable business goals, and use data to prove they have been met.
  • Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience operating or developing for Archtics, ProVenue, Paciolan or FrontGate ticketing systems is a plus.
  • BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years experience, either in a product management or engineering role. Agile or Scrum experience required.
  • Experience using Asana, JIRA and confluence.
  • Ability to speak Czech or Serbian a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
