The Headlines:
The role is Vice-President of the Coors Family of Brands. It is based in Chicago and you will be part of the North American Marketing team reporting to Michelle St. Jacques, Chief Marketing Officer. In this role you will lead a team of 15 people in total with 3 direct reports.

The Responsibilities:
  • This role will lead the North America marketing vision, equity, and communication strategy for the #2 beer brand in the US – Coors Light, and the rest of the Coors family of brands.
  • Leads global brand purpose, visual identity, and guardrails for Coors Light & Coors Banquet to drive consistency in how our brands engage consumers while maintaining true to purpose, across the globe.
  • Builds brands more people want to hang out with by leading brand strategies and communication
  • As a leader, this role will play a key part in attracting, building, and retaining a team of new world marketers that thrive in our culture of: fast, messy, and awesome.
  • We are looking for a disruptive thinker who brings the best out of their team, to build meaningful, purposeful brands that people care about.
  • We want someone who can build a vision and a plan, but also adaptable enough to drive our brands to connect with consumers in the moment, moving at the speed of culture.

  • You are a strategic thought leader, with the credibility to influence the business agenda
  • You are a strong brand builder, with a passion for creativity
  • You have experience within business analytics & P&L management
  • You have a growth mindset
  • You can build strong cross-functional relationships
  • You Have a proven track record of proficiency in brand strategy, equity, and communication
  • You have 10+ years of progressive Marketing leadership experience
  • You have prior experience CPG Marketing, additionally prior experience in sales or related field preferred
  • You have an undergraduate degree in Marketing, business or related curriculum, graduate degree preferred
