The Vice President, Ambulatory Services directs the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and clinical care operations. This position plans and oversees the execution and activation of ambulatory sites within the network. Moreover, the incumbent directs overall ambulatory operations and creates ambulatory strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field is required. Master’s degree highly preferred
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
- Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.
- Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop and train others.
- Skill in collecting, organizing and analyzing data.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
