This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be able to define the scope and make visible impact on Teslaâs mission. You will also be responsible for understanding the strategic objectives, drive planning, assess risks and challenges, develop comprehensive project plans, drive multiple work streams and secure the necessary resources (internal and external) to enable seamless launch of new product and offering. You will thrive to deliver exceptional project and program management support to Business Development, Product Management, Sales, Business Operations, Services, Finance and various other stakeholders group to drive fast and on-point product launch.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage operations plans to drive expedited product and new offering launch, identify and manage interdependencies and constraints between systems and processes, and effectively coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Build and foster strong rapport with executives and cross-functional senior management; ensure all stakeholders are aligned on objectives, priority, operational plan, and status at all time.
- Design and lead business process development and mapping exercise, see through the implementation of newly created business process.
- Support multiple, parallel fast-paced, high-priority strategic projects as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years program and project management of enterprise-wide implementation and transformative projects.
- Demonstrated success in strong execution and implementation of innovation solution.
- Ability to quickly synthesize large amounts of information into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with new product, market, program, or offering launch globally is a must
- At least 18 years of age
