- Identifying, establishing, executing and refining processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the working group in meeting the mission
- Working with AO Office chiefs and their designated points of contact to clearly define requests for the working group by defining clear scope and deliverables. Ensuring open communications throughout the execution of the assignment with the IT Office POC and the CIOWG.
- Promoting transparency to the court community through maintaining JNET presence detailing assignments, deliverables, and ‘how the AO IT Office’ is using the feedback provided by the CIOWG
- Tracking assignments and providing support to CIOWG members to ensure successful completion of projects in a timely manner
- Chairing bi-weekly meetings; developing bi-weekly agendas and conducting group meetings
- Managing group membership including appropriate rotation of members by court type
- Promoting the group through interactions with other working groups and IT/Clerk conferences
- Planning bi-annual ‘in-person’ meetings, often coordinated with other AO business
- Working with and ensuring AOTO chief and DTS management are informed of work progress and any potential issues
