JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our TechOps team in a highly collaborative, fluid and creative development structure. Our ideal candidate has a passion for Agile/Scrum practices, a hunger to take on challenging and exciting projects as well as an unrelenting drive to improve products, tools and processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides overall guidance for scrum teams to adhere to Agile principles and practices. Arrange, facilitate and schedule meetings, demos and decision-making processes to ensure that the proper adaptation process is in use. This includes sprint team backlog grooming estimating and sizing effort, release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospective.

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the teams and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

Works across stakeholders and teams to continuously improve. Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.

Participate in Scrum of Scrums forum and assist the team with scaled agile practices.

Oversee scrum process and coach the teams; facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaption.

Empower the Scrum Teams, and shield the Scrum Teams from outside influences and distractions.

Manage interdependencies between agile teams.

Maintain an exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.

Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog health and prepared for execution.

Foster close cooperation across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support.

Build a trusting and safe environment where problems may be raised without fear of reprisal.

SAFe Agile certification / knowledge is a plus.
