Regional Director of Energy Solutions

Responsibilities for the Regional Director of Energy Solutions include:

• Develop and manage best in class practices and procedures for Energy Solutions
• Manage leads and audits for Energy Solutions
• Support and develop complete energy solution projects incorporating: lighting, lighting control, and mechanical components for installer and end user market
• Work in collaboration w/ Energy Team and Branches to promote and create Energy Solution awareness to customers.
• Build relationships with Utilities and End Users
• Team with key vendors to design and promote rebate programs
• Manage accurate Energy Solution Audits to customer base
• Implement Regional Solution resources and efficiencies to differentiate Electrical Wholesalers / USESI from competitors in market
• Manage Energy PM to confirm projects are completed per customer expectations with best in class service
• Work with Credit Team where necessary to secure payment from Utility and customer
• Manage with exemplary service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree is required
• Minimum of 10 yrs. experience. Electrical Distribution, or energy market/utility market industry experience required
• Must have energy product & application experience in lead role, or management role
• Experience in system design, proposal design and presentation required
• Strong understanding of utility energy initiatives and complete understanding of how to sell under changing conditions
• High level of organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills
• Ability to utilize all software necessary to accomplish tasks and responsibilities
