Regional Director of Clinical Operations

Vita Healthcare is seeking an experienced full time Regional Director of Clinical Operations. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, growth and profitability of multi-site nursing facilities in the Richmond, VA area.

Responsibilities of Regional Director of Clinical Operations:

• Observes the facilities to ensure guidelines are followed and documentation is in order.
• Collaboratively establishes patient care and production goals by actively coaching and guiding team members.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams through training, coaching, and accountability.
• Responsible for working with Regional Director of Operations to achieve company goals.
• Conducts regional field team meeting with field teams including

Qualifications of Regional Director of Clinical Operations:

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
• A current, unencumbered, active RN license and CPR
• At least 5+ years’ experience in Long Term Care as a Director of Nursing

Skills and Qualities of Regional Director of Clinical Operations:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities,
• Solid understanding of current federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines that govern our facility
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
