Property Manager

High growth real estate start up seeking a property manager at our real estate fund. Current team has 2 full time property managers and one assistant.

Responsibilities

• Property management for single family rental portfolio
• Assisting the investment team with various tasks
• Maintaining positive office atmosphere

Skills

• Must be organized
• Detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Ability to focus and limit distractions

Education

• Bachelor/Associates degree strongly recommended

There is room to grow at our company for individuals who perform. We are a young company looking to grow the team every few months. We work out of Industrious Dallas in downtown. Free gym membership in our building (shower room, towels, etc), free breakfast every morning, free snacks and drinks.
