The ICBM System Program Office, Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Division, is acquiring an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system to replace the Minuteman III. To successfully field a new weapon system, the GBSD program requires a comprehensive program operations and execution strategy that helps position the organization to meet all acquisition milestones. The Project Manager will provide technical expertise to the government customer in maintaining execution of operations in the Division Action Group (DAG), a team of efficient and effective government and ISC employees directly serving the senior level government customer in internal and external communications, task tracking, process improvements, and maintaining leadership vision.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers; communicate with internal and external customers related to assigned program areas on a daily basis
- Demonstrate a high level of independent judgment and initiative; self-starter
- Manage change in a dynamic and evolving program environment, leverage best practices, and innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude
- Ensure quality and consistency across program deliverables; execute and monitor specific team processes as assigned
- Develop internal communications to promote program-wide awareness of program activities and operational best practices
- Serve as GBSD System Program Office Operations interface to internal and external customers on behalf of senior GBSD leadership
This position is located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. A shift schedule (morning to late afternoon) will be set.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
