CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Position Purpose
Position responsible for providing analysis, administration and support on large, complex programs/contracts that involve customer interaction, focused on customer support, mission operation, and supply chain. Takes direction from the Program Manger. Reviews and advises leadership of maintenance activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Creates, implements and advises on detailed project plans to facilitate and support the project strategy and execution phases.
- Makes recommendations on best of class planning, administrative, budgetary, and direct supervision to Program Manager.
- Work’s safely within budgeted time and while remaining in regulatory compliance and meeting customer and company guidelines.
- Liaison’s with the customer to ensure coordination of activities related to the project as assigned by the Program Manager.
Scope & Accountabilities
The Project Manager works at the direction of the Program Manager. He/she will liason directly with Customers and fellow Erickson Management applicable.
The Project Manager is accountable for advising recommendations to the Program Manager on-schedule, on-budget contract performance that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectation

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline, two (2) years of experience in operational positions or related fields may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college.
- Six or more years of experience in Department of Defense and/or civilian operations or personnel supervision required.
- An Aircraft & Power Plant FAA Certification preferred or can be substituted for a pilot with over 1500 hours of flight time.
- Must be able to attain and maintain a TSA/Homeland Airport Security Ramp Access Pass
