a. Completely and effectively manage a single or multiple projects, from start to finish, by executing the construction documents, build and manage the construction schedule, procure materials and sub-contractors, manage the project budget by being fiscally disciplined and provide high-quality customer service to the client

b. Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or other engineering related field of study from an accredited university

c. Possess at least (5) years’ experience working with a General Contracting or Design-Build firm and (3) years’ experience of project management
