Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of our projects on time, on budget, with complete customer satisfaction and profitability.
The projects we conduct have a deep impact on our clients and commonly range from 6 to 18 months in duration, to engineer and deploy functions that are core to their business.
You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of project management and providing project visibility through proper reporting and communication with the client and Sefas management.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure projects are running on track and within budget
- Maintain an understanding on the clientâs business and project objectives to help drive the project to a successful and timely outcome
- Deliver an outstanding client experience
- Establish and monitor KPIs, organize project reporting for the needs of our clients and Sefas management
- Prepare and organize resource allocation on a weekly basis
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and to the agreed upon scope
- Prepare estimates and Statements of Work for new opportunities
- Identify problems or delays early and preemptively work to solve them
- Partner with other departments within the organization (Solutions, Administration, Sales, Support)
- Document key decisions for transparency with the Client and Sefas teams
Requirements
and oCore skills
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software projects
- Solid understanding of SLDC and project management concepts, processes and methodologies, to include waterfall and agile methodologies
- Ability to understand and navigate through complex client environments
- Strong client communication and relationship building
- Ability to lead teams and drive projects
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and switch context rapidly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct difficult conversations to a positive outcome
- Very detail and organization oriented
- Budget planning, financial analysis, capacity management and project auditing
- Strong ability to analyze business processes, both internally and with our clients
- Ability to work with people at multiple levels of our company and our clients organization (users, engineers, architects, managers, executives)
- Good listener and can-do attitude
- BA/MBA or BS/MS in Computer Science/Software Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent, with a concentration or specialization in project management (or equivalent actual experience)
