Job Title:
Program Manager

Seeking a Program Manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for Sales teams across Slalom’s key AWS markets. This person will be tasked with implementing and executing programs that have been designed to support strategic sales and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities Include

  • Daily program management for all Global Growth Platform programs
  • Support program planning, monitoring and governance
  • Manage program risk or deficiencies and seek continual improvement
  • Coordinate individual projects and interdependencies
  • Align on the deliverables or outcomes of the programs and projects
  • Manage stakeholder communication; compile and craft ongoing communications
  • Support & manage the creation of program material, documentation and content
  • Engage in and provide feedback on program launch and ongoing operational models
  • Execute ongoing program operations through roll-out into execution
  • Work with operations team to develop, refine and update and distribute metrics tracking services such as reports and dashboards
  • Host and report on pipeline meetings


Skills and Attributes

  • 5+ years in operations or program management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize workloads, manage multiple initiatives to completion
  • Ability to adjust to changes and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.com tools
  • Ability to perform repeatable analytics
  • Strong communication skill with the ability to work across broad, often virtual teams
  • Capable of building collaborative relationships and rapport with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a start-up/small company environment
