The Program Manager position is responsible for successfully delivering client projects according to the defined scope, schedule (timeline), and budget (costs). Responsibilities include driving internal and external cross-functional teams to establish an integrated schedule, collaborating with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements, and resolving cross-functional issues. The Program Manager collaborates with Academics, Operations, Technology, Learning Science and Psychometrics, Content Services, Marketing, Sales and external contractors and partners as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high-level customer service to client, project management

Manage project timelines according to scope, monitor critical path activities and anticipate/mitigate roadblocks to meeting deliverable deadlines

Use standard tools (decision log, risk log, action items) and technology program management tools to organize the projects

Communicate continually with internal team members and external client contacts

Facilitate client and internal meetings, documenting program status and issues to ensure all stakeholdersâ needs are being met and communicated

Ensure client deliverables/assets are organized and submitted on time

Complete formalized risk management processes, forecast project risks, and communicate those to key company stakeholders

Coordinate work of project management team members, as appropriate

Escalate issues as necessary to supervisor and cross-departmental resources

Create processes and procedures for scaling program management

Other duties as necessary
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:

PMP certification, preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in a project or program management role

Strong knowledge of Office and Google Suite tools (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Power Point, etc.)

Experience in the education or assessment industry preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills
