Missouri MENTOR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Director to oversee services for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities in the Kansas City, MO area. The Program Director ensures quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
The Program Director, is responsible to supervise the services delivered within the Host Home program and over-sees the Mentor providers and all individuals served by the program.
The Program Director supervises Program Supervisors, Host Homes, and Mentor Recruiters. The Program Director is responsible for the operation of the program including case management, Mentor recruitment, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and ensures the quality of services delivered.
The Program Director generally works full-time in a supervisory capacity, is considered on-call and expected to be available in the event of emergency. The Program Director works at regional office is generally expected to visit each Host Home regularly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services, Master’s Preferred
- Two to three years of experience in the human services industry
- Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on the behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
