GDIT is currently seeking a Program Director in Washington, DC to join our team. This position requires an individual with a board skillset that can lead a large Information Technology Infrastructure Service Delivery organization, drive new business organic growth, and build customer relationships to understand our customers evolving needs.

Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

As a Program Director, you will function as the senior business leader on the program determining our customers’ needs and priorities, coordinating technical solutions responses to those needs, helping to shape customer acquisitions, and positioning GDIT to delivery best in class services. In addition, you will coordinate with other Program Directors in the sector to infuse enterprise best practices across Service Delivery, Proposals, and Customer Satisfaction.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:

  • Ten years of Enterprise IT Infrastructure Program Management, leading a large team of 260+ individuals
  • Experience managing Data Centers with 3,500+ Servers, 1,000+ network devices, and 10+ PB of storage
  • Five years of experience pursuing new business proposals and capture.
  • Experience supporting at least one of the following emerging technologies: Cloud, Big Data, Cyber, and Managed Services.
  • PMP Certification

    It would be great if you also had:

    ITIL expertise, Certifications in CISSP, AWS/Azure, or ServiceNow.
