And they work lockstep with Merchandising, Design, Manufacturing and others to produce the final result: products that reflect the soul of sport and inspire athletes to reach new levels of performance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need an Operations Director to lead the implementation of a business strategy across multiple functions within Apparel. The candidate needs to be results oriented, resourceful, have great stakeholder relationships, and can lead effectively in ambiguous contexts.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You’ll be working with a cross-functional team, leading a portfolio of initiatives that ladder up to a business or category’s growth strategy, and integrating it within the existing business portfolio. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the strategy has support amongst relevant stakeholders, is clearly articulated, easily understood, and delivers meaningful value to our consumer and business over time. You’ll establish key objectives and develop effective KPI’s. You’ll develop a roadmap to sequence value drops over time, ensure stakeholder alignment, and apply analytical tools to assess performance/progress against new value creation. You’ll advise on new central capabilities and integrate them into the business you support based on the roadmap you’ve developed.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You’ll support a category or business unit within a greater operations community, leading similar initiatives across all categories. You’ll assemble cross-functional squads as needed, [often across design, product creation, merchandising, supply chain, data & analytics, and/or technology] and you will drive the productivity of those squads against aligned KPI’s. You will participate in quarterly cross-category portfolio reviews to align against operational strategies and resourcing.
