CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.
Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding.
CHG puts people first, so we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Platform team to work on exciting new products that improve our healthcare providers’ lives. You’ll lead the discovery and implementation phases of complex projects, own feature delivery roadmap, create user stories for feature epics, work closely with engineering to deliver solutions, and continuously improve our feature set to ensure we’re giving our customers the best experience in the industry.
You’ll be responsible for owning delivery of a complex product in a matrixed organization, so you’ll need the collaboration skills to manage a lot of moving parts among many different roles without command-and-control authority. We’re looking for a servant-leader that’s comfortable getting in the weeds with engineers to drive the feature roadmap to fruition. This position reports to the Director of Product Management on the Digital Platform Team.
