A boutique CPA firm in La Jolla seeks an Office Manager with a positive attitude.
Candidates are expected to have excellent etiquette in-person and on the phone.
Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the general office environment
- Answering telephones, sending emails, taking messages, and setting up appointments
- Assist with general office maintenance, including receiving and distributing packages/mail, office space planning, etc.
- Explain to prospective clients the services we have to offer.
- All other duties as may arise from time to time.
Preferred Characteristics:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Outgoing, personable, and communicates well
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks
